We recognize the need for greater prayer coverage and that without it we are defenseless. We also know that with your commitment to pray we will have victory in what we do. Pray for John Mark and Susan as they share the financial needs of the seminary. They are also making plans to bring a team to Mexico the end of October. Pray for those coming with them that their hearts will be touched by the needs of the Mexican people.
Pray for the team working on our job descriptions and goals. Ask for wisdom and for God’s plans to be on our hearts.
Pray for Mario still pastoring two churches in Acapulco. Ask for strength and wisdom. Ask the Lord of the Harvest for more workers to join the work there. Pray too for training for the kids workers.
Pray for focus for all ECC workers, coordinators, leaders, and supervising pastors as we work toward multiplication.
Pray for completion of the drop-in -center. Work need to be finished for the next stage of the plan to be put in motion. The team is on vacation this week and Andrew is “minding the store” letting the workers in and locking up when they leave. Pray much will be accomplished this week.
Pray for boldness among OMS, UNIFAM and ECC for abundant sowing of the Gospel.
Pray for good completion of Barney’s English classes. Pray too for cultural transition for Barney and for the decisions to be made as he returns to the US.
Pray for the vision group arriving this Friday. Ask the Lord to touch hearts for the lost here in Mexico.
These are the prayer requests from our Naucalpan ECC team.
Pray for Israel and his wife that the Lord would raise them up as leaders. Israel’s aunt is hostess for one of the house churches and asks for prayer for her husband who is not a believer and for her neighbors as she shares with them.
In October we will be having a campaign in the San Rafael Champapa area. Pray for the dentist, nurses, hair stylists, and others who are going to be involved. Pray especially that the house church host family with catch the vision.
María de Jesús is a young woman who fell on the job. Ask that her family continues to keep the door open to hear about Jesus, for healing for María and salvation for this house. This could be a strategic house church.
Ines is the hostess of another house church. Ask the Lord for strength and wisdom as she attends the training and takes over responsibility of this church. Ask the Lord for more lost souls to come to Him in all the house churches.
Pray for Zoel, Diana and Carmen as they live their faith in front of their families. All are facing family conflicts.
Pray for Kay and Leroy ministering in Chihuahua, Mexico. Ask the Lord for much fruit and for rest upon their return on Thursday.
Friends of Andrew and Carol are visiting from Northern Ireland. Pray for Mark and Sarah as they visit the work and pray about the possibility of coming to join us.
John-Mark and Susan, Robin and Jonny and Julie are on Home Ministry Assignment. Ask the Lord that they will find favor with those they meet and for the necessary funds to return to Mexico.
Thank you for your prayers for the work here in Mexico. This Sunday and Monday we were had team meetings and God met us there. Pray for continued unity and for the plans we made being submitted to World Headquarters that they would reflect God’s plans for Mexico.
Pray for the churches in Acapulco. Ask for unity and for a pastor for the Center church.
We praise the Lord for God touch on Leroy. He’s feeling much better and after some rest.
Robin M will be traveling to California to spend some time with her dad and go through her mom’s things. Pray for peace and comfort.
Robin E is still in need of a reliable car to use while in the States raising funds to return to Mexico.
Praise God for our pastors and lay leaders. Pray for additional pastors and for strength and grace as they minister.
The La Raza ECC team is putting together their plan for the next year. Ask the Lord for wisdom and direction.
Pray for our field council meetings with Mike and Bonnie Shrode Sept 21-22. We are currently writing those plans.
Pray for Leroy and Kay as they travel to Chihuahua to teach and share at various events September 29 - October 2. Pray for them as they teach.
Thank you for standing with us for our families who are not here. We so appreciate your prayers. Colleen’s brother, Barry, has a growth on his neck. Pray for wisdom for the doctors and for healing.
Pray for a contact of Colleen’s who recently accepted the Lord. Ask that Conchita will find someone to disciple her. She is currently living in Canada.
Continue to pray for health and encouragement of all missionaries here in Mexico, especially Leroy. He is feeling much better but not 100 percent.
Continue to pray for support accounts and for those funding to come join the work.

Our ECC Director, Joel, asks that we pray for the teams to not loose the vision of planting churches.
Most of our ECC workers are also studying in the seminary. Pray that they will be able to apply what they are learning in their ministries.
Pray for Joel that he will have discernment and wisdom as he leads ECC. That God will continue to transform his life and for good organization of his time.
We just received word that Cristy Garcia’s father passed away in the night. Cristy and her husband Juan de Dios work in the music at the Campanario church. Brother Ignacio is also no the praise team and works with youth. Pray for this family as they seek God’s comfort. Cristy and Ignacio are the only two walking closely with the Lord.
Pray for Leroy Lindsey who is struggling with health issues. Pray for healing and rest.
Pray for wisdom as we write the field plan.
Pray for the new Alpha course starting at the Santa Monica church. Ask the Lord of the harvest to bring much fruit from this course.
Pray for Margaret Neff’s support account as it has dipped into the red.
Pray for the two kids wanting to come off the streets. Ask the Lord for wisdom and follow through.
Continue to ask the Lord for safety and protection as we move about the world’s largest city.
