We praise the Lord for the safe arrival of Andrew, Carol and family back in Mexico. Pray for quick adjustment back to life and ministry.
Pray for Julie’s parents traveling back to Northern Ireland on Friday. Praise the Lord for a good visit.
Praise the Lord for the good time Robin and Margaret had during their week in Mexico. Pray as they return to the US to continue funding. Praise the Lord that both of their accounts are out of the red.
Pray for Erick as he has yet another audience with the judge on Thursday. Pray that the judge will finally agree with the lawyers and allow Erick to be released.
Pray for the Marriage Encounter this weekend. There are many hurting people who will be attending.
Pray for the ECC Committee and the UNIFAM churches. Ask the Lord for a revival among the pastors and workers. Ask for widsom and hearts filled with the Holy Spirit.
Pray for the outreach in Cali. Ask for provision for Margarita, the leader of the house church in that area. She is without a job, has many debts and lives alone. There is also someone who is trying to cause her pain.
Pray for healing for Saul.
Pray for Antonio y Montserrat who help with the house church in Cali. They have two small children and many needs. Pray for a job for Montserrat and provision for their needs.
Gloria has been attending the house church in Cali. She has not accepted the Lord and is recovering from surgery on her feet.
Pray for Salvador as he continues to minister to the house churches. Pray especially for the neighbors in the Cali area. Pray for his daughter, Fernanda’s health. She has been fighting an infection. Pray for the continued evangelism in López Mateos.
Daniel Y Tania have recently found the Lord. Tania is expecting their first child. Pray for a safe delivery and a healthy child. Pray for healing for Daniel’s relationship with his step-father. Ask the Lord for growth and strength.
Pray for Carlos who works as a traffic policeman in the center of Mexico City. Pray for his health and for Carla, his wife, as they grow in the Lord.

We praise the Lord for the good result of the brain surgery on Ángel. He is up and reading the Word and singing hymns. His oldest son, Ángel, has accept Christ as a result of his father’s testimony.
Ask the Lord for spiritual health for Beba, whose husband is an alcholic. Ask for a job for Onorio.
Pray for the believers as they go door-to-door in Sirenia and Flores Magón. We have moved to a new location in an excellent zone. Pray that this will be a place where many will be trained in the sharing the Gospel.
Pray for the outreach in the community as they had to cancel a big outreach planned because of the flu epidemic. Pray that the believers will not be discouraged and they will be able to reschedule the event
The Naucalpan team requests prayer for Esperanza’s as a member of her husband’s family succumbed to the flu epidemic. Pray for peace and for the team as they minister to this family.
Pray for the families in the house churches as they minister to those around then and affirm their faith in the face of this situation with the flu.
There is a family of new believers in the Naucalpan area who are having problems. The wife has just given birth and there was a car accident and the people who were hit asked for a large sum of money that the family does not have. Ask the Lord for wisdom and encouragement.
Pray for the children of in the Urano house church. Bryan and Kevin have stopped attending the house church because they are being sent to first communion classes.
Maria’s mother is standing in the way of her daughter studying the Bible in her own house. Ask the Lord to touch her heart so she can let go of the bitterness there.
Pray for the Molino family as they are at the point of losing their house. Pray that this will not be a reason to turn away from the Lord but to be strengthened by Him.
Ask the Lord to touch Jose Manuel’s heart as he has turned to drugs because of a situation with his wife. Ask for freedom from the situation he has put himself into.
Pray for wisdom for Ricardo as he talks with the owners of the house where he lives.
Thank the Lord that there is an awakening in the Santa Monica-Viveros Church. Members are reaching out to minister to other members and God is putting on their hearts a desire to evangelize the community. Pray for the church board as they organize the people to meet the needs of others.
We have survived the influenza. Praise God that He is using these circumstances to speak to hearts about their need for God. Several Christians have witnessed to being used by the Lord to speak to distraught people. God is faithfully working and answering prayers in Mexico.
Several of the church families have been hurt economically by the epidemic. As the government has commented, we have been facing an economic crisis and an increase in violence; and now this! Families are in much need as well as the churches who have rent to pay, etc. Please pray.
God is using the film “Fireproof” to minister to families and to reach those needing the Savior. Couples are being rescued and people are giving their hearts to the Lord. Thank you for praying. We have ordered materials to do follow-up groups with couples.
Another Marriage Encounter is scheduled for May 29-31. We are expecting 55 couples. We need God to speak to the couples and for them to allow Him to change their lives.
Please remember the continuation of Colleen’s English classes and for salvation of her students.
Pray for the Pollock’s resettlement back on the field especially with their little baby Ben. They are praising God that in all the changes and stresses over the last few weeks they have seen Him at work in their lives and ministries and are also enjoying renewing fellowship with their friends.
Danielle Bickerstaff (6 week short -termer) arrives this week. Pray that she will quickly settle into life in Mexico and that she personally will be blessed as she ministers to others here.
The Agnew family is currently in the UK and will return to the field at the end of May. They appreciate your prayers for rest and a safe journey back.
Continue to pray for our churches and house churches as they regroup following the upheaval of the ‘flu epidemic. Pray that people will return and that there would be continued growth as they resume ‘normal’ life. Pray for leaders as they minister to families affected by the crisis and that God would be glorified in the salvation of many precious souls.

We are grateful to the Lord for His protection on both nationals and missionaries. All continue to be healthy. Praise the Lord that the flu seems to be in a decline according to today’s news reports.
Pray for the “clean up” following the flu. There are many who will be open to hearing about the Gospel in these days. Pray for a great harvest and for wisdom and continued health for our workers.
Pray for the Christian and Robin and family as they make the transition back to the States. Pray for the leadership team in Mexico as they coordinate the ministries.
Praise the Lord for an encouraging week of funding in Texas for the Sherwood family. Ask the Lord for renewed fervor as David completes his doctoral thesis. He is on his last chapter.
Praise the Lord for a successful weekend of funding for the Gentry family. Continue to uplift those who are funding and preparing to minister in Mexico: the Lakatos, Reids and Cosslets.
We give thanks for the team in Naucalpan and ask the Lord to bless the work and their lives. Pray for Zoel, Diana and Carmen as they minister. Pray for the house churches in Naucalpan that they might continue to grow and that many will come to know Jesus. Pray for the churches in Chamapa, Molino, La Presa, El Caracol, Urano, and Palmas.
Pray for María de Jesús that God would restore her body and touch the hearts of her family. Ask that the movie shown in their home to them and their neighbors will continue to speak to hearts.
Pray for Gabriel and his family. They are struggling financially and have been evicted from the room where they lived. Ask the Lord to provide for their needs.
Pray for Monica, a new believer, whose cancer was in remission. She is going through more testing to see if a reason for the cancer’s return can be found. Pray for encouragement and for complete healing.
Ask for the Lord’s touch on Inés, a house church leader. She is experiencing much pain. Pray, too, for her son Leonel, that the Lord would heal his injuries resulting from a recent accident.
Pray for SEMBIMEX (Seminary Biblical of Mexico) as the new block of classes has begun. Extension classes began on April 25 in Coacalco. Ask the Lord to encourage the hearts of the brothers and sisters and give them the desire to be better prepared to share the Gospel. Ask, too, for the resources needed by each student.
Pray for the teachers in the seminary as they share God’s Word with the students. Ask that they would be filled with His Spirit and wisdom. Pray for each student as they learn that they would be faithful and effective followers.
