Prayer Requests
There will be no blog for the week of December 28th but do be in prayer for a restful vacation for the missionaries, pastors and workers during this time. We do so appreciate you standing in the gap with us.
Please pray for Ernesto, pastor of one of our church plants, father of one of our seminary professors, and adoptive “papa” to Margaret and Robin. He has been diagnozed with a tumor in the liver and pancreas.
Please pray for the quick sale of the car Robin used on her recent home assignment. It is difficult making car payments and paying insurance on a car not in use.
Continue to pray for housing for Joe. He is still staying in the guest facilities but it is a long commute. Pray for God’s perfect place for him. Praise the Lord for the way he is fitting in with the La Raza team.
Bathe the Santa Monica church with prayer. They are going through major growing pains and need God’s direction. Pray for finanaces as they are unable to meet the rent in their current building. Pray for healing of relationships because of misunderstandings. Pray for direction as they search for a pastor to take over in August.
We praise God for the growth of the people in Marina National. Continue to pray for the rest of the family members to come to know the Lord in a personal way and for their outreach with their neighbors.

Ask the Lord for direction as we seek to hire new people to work with ECC. The harvest is great but the workers are few.
