Coacalco

We praise the Lord for the new members of the Coacalco team. Pray for wisdom for Socoro, Ricardo, Abel and Cesar as they reach out in this needy area.

We praise the Lord for answering prayer in Socoro’s life. Her parents are healthy and her feet are not bothering her. Do pray for her as she studies to take the equivalent of the GED in March.

Ricardo asks for wisdom for organization of his time. Pray, too, for his brother Eduardo who is being rebellious.

Cesar asks for prayer for wisdom in making time with his family. He wants to be the man he needs to be to wife Sarah and his three young sons. Pray for salvation for his brother Miguel.

Abel ask for wisdom to manage his time between ministry, work and family. Pray, too, as he has been waking up with headaches.

The house churches are suffering from the Dead Sea Syndrome. There is fresh water flowing in but nothing is going out. They are afraid to evangelize and are being very passive. Pray for wisdom as to how to inspire and guide these churches and for the leaders to have a passion to evangelize break out of their comfort zone.

Saturday there will be a special dinner for the preadolescents. Pray for inspiration for the ten believers and for an encounter with Christ for the ten new contacts who will be there.

There is a new lady attending Colleen’s house church whose daughter’s boyfriend is a bad influence. She has started cutting and is having suicidal thoughts. Pray for peace for the mother and for an encounter with Christ for the daughter.

Coacalco ECC

Praise the Lord for the special service yesterday where many couples renewed their wedding vows. Pray for strong marriages in our churches.

Praise the Lord for the three lay leaders working part-time in the work. Pray for Cesar, Abel and Ricardo.

Thank you for your prayers for Alejandro and his family. His parents are very encouraged.

Praise the Lord for the 35 lay leaders who were trained over the last few weekends. Pray for much fruit from this training.

Pray for Socorro who will have a wisdom tooth surgically removed tomorrow, December 15th.

Be in pray now for the team coming from Oklahoma in February to work on classrooms for the training center for the church.

Pray for the end of the year events in all 14 house churches. Pray as the Gospel will be presented on all of these occassions.

Pray for the evangelistic outreach planned for the AA groups. Pray that many hurting hearts will be healed.

Many of the lay leaders in the house churches are experiencing attacks. Ask the Lord to put a hedge of protection around them and keep them stong in Him.

Praise the Lord for the three house churches who will be beginning 2nd generation groups in January.

Pray for the evangelistic outreach of the children’s soccer ministry.

Coacalco

Pray for the team in Coacalco. Alfredo as the supervising pastor, Socoro as the team leader and Ricardo, a young seminary student who is volunteering his time to work with the team.

We praise the Lord for his healing touch on Alfredo’s mom and Socoro’s parents.

Pray for Alfredo’s wife, Gaby, as she travels to the U.S. to visit her mother for the first time in years. Pray for a good visit. Pray, too, for salvation for Alfredo’s brothers, Pedro and Arturo.

Pray for the children’s sports outreach that many parents and children will be reach with the Gospel.

Pray for the eight members of the Coacalco church studying in the seminary extension and for Ricardo studying at SEMBIMEX.

Praise the Lord for new life for Jaquilin. She accepted the Lord as her Savior last week in one of the house churches.

Pray for good results from the cell group training the past two weeks. Pray for the more than 40 people who took this training that they will now impact their neighborhoods.

Pray for the outreach to the AA groups and their families. There are three groups with more than 150 people each week.

Pray for Alejandro who was beaten and had his head cracked open. The doctors thought he would not have use of his faculties but he is progressing well and a complete recovery is expected. Pray for his parents as they are trying hard not to be discouraged.

Several members of the team are asking us to stand in the gap for their parents. Socorro’s mom had complications on her last eye surgery. Pray for healing and for the money to buy the medicines needed. Pastor Alfredo’s mother is suffering with breast cancer. Ask for healing and peace.

Pray for Alan and Rebeca as they continue to adjust to married life. Ask for wisdom and grace as they make decisions for their future and for health and strength as they work for the Lord.

Pray for the three AA groups where Alan preaches every week. Ask the Lord fo help change lives. Pray, too, for the outreach with the families. Pray for leaders to emerge in these groups so the team can move on to minister to others.

Coacalco

Pray for the lay leaders and their house churches. Ask the Lord’s direction on their families and their leadership. Pray for the special activity for the leaders and hosts on March 22.

Pray for those who are preparing to be baptized this month.

Pray for new house church hosts and leaders and for those leaders who are in training.

Pray for the work with the AA group. Pray for a leader and for hearts and lives to be changed.

Pray for the team’s parents. Pastor Alfredo’s parents are still in need of a physical touch. Socoro’s mother is needing an operation on her other eye. Ask the Lord for the funds and for His healing touch. Abril’s father is in need of healing.

Alan and Rebeca are preparing for their wedding on March 14th. Pray for the last minute details and for a place to live once they are married.

Pray for Pastor Alfredo’s mother who is has advanced breast cancer.  Pray for healing and for peace for the family.

Pray for the Coacalco ECC team Socoro and Avril and Pastor Alfredo.  Ask the Lord for unity, for good communication and for oneness of spirit.

Avril is experiencing sever allergy and other health problems. Ask the Great Physician to touch her body and give her the rest she needs.

Socoro is studying for her GED equivalent so she can complete her seminary studies. Pray especially for the math section of the test. Pray too for her feet, she has an appointment in November to see what is causing her pain.

Praise God for the house churches that are meeting on their own. Pray for continued growth as the lay leaders attend training and for multiplication of those groups.

Pray for the funds needed for the property in Coacalco.
Pray for Alfredo as he is also supervising the work in the Tultitlan church that is without a pastor.

Praise the Lord for Areceli who just yesterday gave her heart to Jesus!  Pray that she will be able to grow in knowledge and grace.  Pray for wisdom for Socorro as she disciples her.

Socorro and Avril ask for wisdom in using their time and for who to invest time in.  Ask the Lord of the Harvest to put the people in their path who are seeking Him.

Pray for the new house church just opened.  The leaders of this church are Claudia, Josefina and Yesenia.  Ask the Lord to surround them and keep them safe from the attacks of Satan.

May 7th is a united service with two of the house churches.  Janco, one of the leaders, is preaching.

Pray for the hosts of the Ecatepec house church.  They have opened their home but are struggling with the responsibility of tending the church.

Pray for Rocio who is the leader in the San Carlos church.  The church is growing in spite of circumstances.  Her husband had professed Christ but recently decided to go live with his “other wife”.  Ask the Lord to encourage Rocio and to convict her husband and restore their relationship.

Coacalco

Continue to pray for construction of the church/training center.  Ask that the finances would be sufficient and that they will remain on schedule.

Pray for the ladies who heard the Gospel for the first time at the Ladies Breakfast last week.  Pray for follow up and for the seeds to be watered.

Pray for strength and health for the ECC team.

Coacalco

Praise God for the building taking place on the new property. Pray for the construction, for sufficient funds to complete the building and for the witness this will be in the community.  Pray for the permits for water and light connections.

Pray for the “hijos de paz,” the leaders of the house churches, Emilea, Rosario, Rocio and Lupita.  Pray for protection for their families and for the salvation of Emilea and Rocio’s husbands.

The churches are growing and much evangelism is taking place.  Pray for continued fruit.

Pray for those being baptized on November 18.   Pray it will be a testimony to those who have not taken that step.

Pray for Abel and Melody and their new daughter, Melody.  Pray for wisdom and rest.
